eye masks are wonderful, plenty of my friends sleep with eye masks
in dark rooms! They function to shut the eye and help you sleep
sooner. I find the airline eye masks to be the best. Otherwise, is it
possible to close the blinds and leave the windows open? Or leave
other windows in the house open?
