Hello Karen,
I'm also pregnant and have been experiencing morning sickness. I
suggest trying all the different possible fruit and greens available to
you and see if any seem appealing. Oranges and other citrus fruit
probably won't work for you. You might find different fruits and
vegetables appeal on different days. If all greens are unappealing,
you don't have to eat them for a few weeks. It's a time of great
change and I think the key is to continually experiment. The morning
sickness also probably won't last the entire pregnancy, so you can
focus on your usual 811rv diet later in the pregnancy. Ginger is
helpful for morning sickness as are sea bands that you wear on your
wrists that press on an acupuncture point. I find plenty of fresh air
helps and walks in a park. Great that you're getting lots of rest.
Best wishes,
Bronwyn
