Hello Karen, I'm also pregnant and have been experiencing morning sickness. I suggest trying all the different possible fruit and greens available to you and see if any seem appealing. Oranges and other citrus fruit probably won't work for you. You might find different fruits and vegetables appeal on different days. If all greens are unappealing, you don't have to eat them for a few weeks. It's a time of great change and I think the key is to continually experiment. The morning sickness also probably won't last the entire pregnancy, so you can focus on your usual 811rv diet later in the pregnancy. Ginger is helpful for morning sickness as are sea bands that you wear on your wrists that press on an acupuncture point. I find plenty of fresh air helps and walks in a park.
