I'm about 7 weeks pregnant. I really want to be 100% 811rv througout and was doing fine until morning sickness hit last week. I know I need to be getting greens in for the minerals but they just sound so revolting to eat. I normally eat a pound a day so I'm disappointed. Most of the time fruit doesn't even sound good. Does anyone have suggestions? I know I've been undereating but when nothing sounds good, what else can I do! I have found satisfaction with simple bottled beans, but I'd prefer to stay away from beans or any cooked foods. I try to sleep as much as possible as I've been tired. I suppose my body has enough storage to provide the baby with what is needed until the food aversions cease? Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated. Oh and, I'm reading Karen Ranzi's book Creating Healthy Children and highly recommend it! Thanks in advance for any ideas :).
