Hello Marlia, the list of Dr Graham's specifications for optimum health are exactly that - for optimum health. Working towards these specifications leads to improved health. Giving up on these specifications entirely leads to poor psychological and physical health. A month of the 811rv diet is just the beginning, you can look forward to better results over time. You will find different solutions along the way to accomodate different aspects of the 811rv lifestyle, such as extra sleep on weekends, a holiday to a warm climate in winter or finding more enjoyable exercises.
