Hi Dr Graham, I have been working out with bodyweight circuits and through too many push ups and maybe overtraining, I've got some sort of tendonitis in my shoulder. It's coming up to a week of rest and I am worried it'll take 6 weeks or more.. would you suggest a water fast for 10 days or so to help the healing process or just to rest it out? I stretch it and keep it mobile as to not cause a frozen shoulder. I can do tricep extensions and bicep curls but I am not attempting it just in case. Any advice would greatly help Thank you
