I've been eating fruit during the day: pears, bananas, ataulfo
mangos and a few apples. Some Harmless coconut water and a
few days ago I ate one watermelon and yesterday a cantaloupe.
Also some orange juice (from 14 to 32 ounces depending on the
day). I'm still not an expert in food combining but I tried my
best to avoid bad combinations.
For dinner time, I usually had orange juice to start and followed
but either romaine, arugula, some spinach and zucchini (I
always have at least one zucchini and three celery stalks for
dinner); some avocado and a bit of herbs (parsley sometimes,
sage and/or basil).

Everything is organic except the mangos, the watermelon and
the cantaloupe.

I try not to scratch myself and mostly have been able to avoid it
so far, but it does get really itchy all day long and yesterday it
got worse right after dinner.

Thanks for your response, I really don't what to do.
