I don't find yoga to be sufficient exercise to meet all your fitness requirements, no. But depending upon the type of yoga, you can cover a lot of your needs. For instance, there is rarely if ever a cardio component to yoga, and although yoga includes a lot of pushing, there is no pulling. Triceps work, biceps and supportive musculature don't.
