Hello Karin, Dr Graham has a book out entitled "The New High Energy Diet Recipe Guide" which is great as all the recipes are 811rv, unlike most raw recipe books which focus on high fat meals. Another thing to consider is how you eat. As you reap the rewards from this diet in terms of feeling wonderful, a deep respect for very simple whole fruits and vegetables may establish itself in you. I enjoy using my hands when eating and take great delight in biting into ripe fruits and chewing my tender greens. Take your time with eating, visualise all the enzymes and vitamins you're consuming and enjoy it. You may find tremendous joy in the most simple of meals in time. Best wishes, Bronwyn
