Well, I'm a doctor, and worked in private practice for 20 years where I was on call all the time. The beauty of fruit is it doesn't require much time. I eat my lunch as quickly as anyone else eats theirs. There is no substitute for sleep. You gotta get it, or pay the price. Even a nurse will soon become a patient if sleep requirements are ignored. If you let yourself get run down, you'll wind up in the hospital.
