Eat more fat and get insufficient carbohydrate. This approach leads to cravings for sweets, starches, and refined sugars. Or, eat more fat while continuing with sufficient carbohydrate intake and suffer the resulting weight gain. The "low" fat diet referred to in the quote was 30% fat. 811 is the ticket. I did my homework BEFORE writing the book.
