Dear Dr. Graham, I read your book "The 80/10/10 Diet", found a lot of logic in it and started to pursuit the diet. I feel fantastic, but the other day my friend sent me this: Clinical studies show that higher unsaturated fat diets may be preferable even to low-fat diets because they lower total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol, and triglycerides, while maintaining beneficial high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, which is needed to carry the “bad” cholesterol away.(1-2) This made me think and since I am not that knowledgeable about nutrition, I would really appreciate your thoughts on the above statement. Thank you in advance, Maraya
