Dear Dr. Graham, Even though I started an 80/10/10rv diet 9 days ago I'm still in the middle of your 80/10/10 book and I'm really excited about it. What I'm going to ask you is not the reason why I started this diet but being a chiropractor and an awesome holistic health professional I feel the need to share this with you. I have been practicing yoga for years and sometimes I just felt stiffness in my neck which I understood was normal. In the past six months this rigidity, though not reaching the point of pain, did not disappear and I decided to go to an orthopedist. He made me take an MRI and the result is I have a slipped disc between C3 and C4. I asked him what could I do about it and he replied that the only thing to do in my case is to go for infiltrations whenever the pain get too high (which left me horrorified, since I have no pain at all but some discomfort) and just stop doing any yoga postures that put any tension on my neck (which makes sense). My question is: is there anything else I could do about this herniation process? Shall I go get a second opinion? Thanks a lot for your time
