The reason why I avoid nuts is because I have solitary rectal
ulcer and I read DAVID KLEINS book ,it clearly says avoid nuts
until ulcers heal. Also I have seen people on net who follows 80
10 10 says all the essential fatty acids r in fruits and green leafy
vegetables. ACtually they call nuts overtfats. IAM I feeling short
breath and heart pain symptoms while breathing due to no fat
diet or should I see cardiologist for that?
