Subject:	Possible floating body in knee from small meniscus tear...

Hi Dr. Graham,

I had an MRI which shows a meniscus tear, and although the tear feels like it's healing, I hear a slight grinding sound behind the knee cap.

If it does turn out to be a floating bit of cartilage, is it possible for it to finally dissolve on it's own to avoid having the arthroscopy procedure?

For full disclosure, I've been vegan for a decade, but I do eat one cooked meal most days. Otherwise, I'm raw with plenty of greens as well fruits.
