Subject:         Healing for joint imbalances

Hi Doug,

I am a 38 year old male that suffered a hip injury 21 years ago playing golf,my rehab physio had me start body building
to strengthen my hip. I put 12 kilo of muscle weight on and became extremely muscular not just around my legs and hips but all over, not long after though my hands and feet developed a very yellow color and also I became cronically fatigued. I found that all I really accomplished by heavy weight training was more damage and strength building around imbalanced joints and spine.

As my joy of physically working out, being fit, playing sport was my number one passion but now was no longer possible , I became very depressed and ended up overweight and moved physically very little over a following 15 years as I generally felt arthritic.

I have tried so many different therapies with some success but untill the last 2 years my wife has introduced me to whole foods, NLP,Bowen technique and fasting with a lot of success but not a total healing.

Do you have any advice of how the 80/10/10 can help me and any other advice on how to heal my joints and re balance my body.
