Hello Carmen, congratulations on your pregnancy and your new 811rv lifestyle. It's impressive that you've made this shift in the last 2 months of your pregnancy. Many of us experience both temporary and long term changes in our bodies as we transitioned to 811rv. We may initially lose weight and regain it, or lose unwanted fat and water weight that stays off, or briefly gain weight only to lose it again. In the beginning you may lose mostly water weight as you cease to consume salt and bloating, difficult to digest foods. I don't know your weight and height so I don't know if your weight is in a healthy weight range. However, as with any new system, it's a matter of getting accustomed to what works best. If you feel full and satiated, I wouldn't worry too much about the 2500 to 3000 calories a day. If you're very keen to increase your calorie intake, I would focus on consuming greater quantities of dates and bananas. Making smoothies can help with imbibing a larger number of calories as can consuming more frequent meals throughout the day. I would also only eat tender leafy greens as vegetables and not consume other kinds of vegetables or non-sweet fruits as they are filling without providing much in the way of calories or minerals. You may also find any issues have ironed themselves out after your birth as pregnancy hormones can interfere with the most perfect diet and lifestyle plans. Best wishes, Bronwyn
