Over the past year My diet ranges from 85% raw somedays to
only 20% on some days... I have been 85% raw for weeks at a
time thru put the year
...no matter what Without fail I have managed at least 1 quart all
fruit smoothie most every day ...
I am currently back to 85% raw n hope to stay the course and
transition completely (it seems I struggle to stay On Track)
I am a celiac. Self diagnosed 2 years ago.
As far as rest... I have had complete rest for 2 weeks several
times .. No pain tried a half mile jog after and had pain...
I have been treated at chiropractor for heal spur (which I was
xrayed for amd there was not other issues with my foot.
I have been to a specialist that makes orthotics amd he said my
structure was good and that he thought my issue really was just a
very very tight calf muscle (as my heel spur pain has subsided)
He gave me a triangular block to stretch my plantar amd calf
muscle on 3 times a day for 15 min each time... That has helped
but it seems to still tighten up hours later...
Sleep.. At least 8 hour or more most nights... I sleep in a boot to
keep my foot flexed....
My waking times might vary as I teach a early morning bootcamp
two days a week...
I am confused as to why I have no pain some days and drastic
pain other days... walking or runni g seems to bother it more than
zumba or cardio kick ....Wondering if being dehydrated has
anything to do with it...
(I sweat like crazy when I teach my groupX classes)
Thanks so much for taking the time for me...
