Most exercise is enjoyable when you look back at having done it. Some exercise, like taking a walk with a friend, is valuable without you necessarily noticing the effort. Either way, getting out on a regular basis and doing something is always better than doing nothing. Your choice of exercise is up to you, and they are all good. Do what you enjoy: dance, rebound, bike, hike, lift weights, play racquet sports, exercise classes. All are valuable. Go at your pace, and push when you can. Clean 811, fruits and vegetables, won't let you down.
