Subject:         Dr G: help :) Heel spur, tight calf, heel pain

I was an avid runner a year ago. (Mostly half marathons.. Had 3 years of
running prior to this) ) I developed a tight plantar facia and heel spur ...
After a year I am frustrated and almost to the point of goin to the dr (which I
haven't had very good luck on many things in the past)
My heel spur pain is much better, almost non existent... But now I have a
tight calf and plantar facia, heel I can't seem to shake... I have stretched 4
times a day 15 min each time and gained releaf.. But it keeps coming back,
I haven't run in a year. I am however a zumba instructor .. When I teach
class I have ZERO pain... It's only an hour or two later it seems things
tighten up and ouch. :).... Any advice? I have avoided Medication for a
year.... But just recently gave in to an anti inflammatory :(...
