Subject:         2 fitness questions

i can't do a single regular push-up. is it better to get there by doing elevated regular push-ups or non-elevated knee-push-ups?

due to time-constraints i have to do all my workout first thing in the mornings. is it better to start with cardio (running, biking) and do the strength work (ashtanga yoga, bodyweight, climbing) after that, or the other way around?

thank you! can't wait to meet you and many others in slovenia this summer :D
