Subject:         Recovery after a 3 day fast

Dear Dr. Graham,

I am currently on my 2nd day of a planned 3 day fast. I intend
to break my fast on Tuesday (April 14th) in the morning before
I go to my work. Is this a good plan? To break a 3 day fast
just before going to work or I should have a day free for
recovery?
Also, I wonder which fruit to use for breaking the fast. Where
I live we currently have pears, apples, kiwis, bananas,
oranges and dates.
