Hi everyone.

I'm not on te 811 lifestyle yet, but I'm about to.

The thing is, I'm married to a fat fan, junk foodaholic,
carnivore. I'm sure i´ll convince him to try 811, but I need
yo know how long does the "trial" need to be for him to get
used to id and decide it's worht it? I'd like to know, in your
experience, what's the aproximate time?
