Subject:	Unsupervised fasting

Hey!

I am planning a water fast this spring. I am fairly well read on the subject, but I
want some objective advice still. I do not hold you responsible for my fast, based
on your advice, and I am not asking for medical advice of course.

How long would you say it's safe to go on fasting without supervision?

I will have my brother to help me out and supporting me during the fast, and I
will of course not push the limits or "try to go for as long as possible", but I am
kind of thinking between 3-7 days. What do you think about this Doug?
