Dear Dr. Graham! I've noticed that you write in your book the 80-10-10 diet (excellent book!!) that you recommend 2-6 % of calories coming from leafy greens, and that in an earlier talk (making friends with your food) you mentioned that you eat 2% of calories from greens. I understand that giving a specific number is always going to be impossible and even misguiding, but when you say 2-6% is that to give a "ballpark figure"? Is there a more narrow window that could be defined as "goldielocks" as you say? Basically, I'm eating about 2% these days, is it sufficient? What are you eating yourself? Thanks for all the advice and inspiration!!
