Before I went raw, I used to take psychiatric medication. Since going raw, I've thrown them away. But my appetite is still a little off. I have to remind myself to eat, or else I won't eat. I've been raw for nearly a week so I hope that my appetite can go back to what it was prior to 2010 (before I started taking psychiatric medication).
