If I'd like to have a dinner with my friends once or twice a month, could that work
without getting a shock? I know that the body's ability to store salt is ideal after
two weeks going off the high salt diet. But what if I take that cooked vegetarian
dinner which could easily contain 3-5 grams of salt? Will there be a reaction to
that or will it work for just one evening?
