Dr. Graham, To get back to you on my diet. I have been eating bananas as my main food staple. I have been living mainly off of smoothies. I will mix the bananas with mangos, blueberries, pears, strawberries, apples, oranges, pineapples, or any other fruits that are available. I have not been mixing more than 3 things in one fruit smoothie. I have been eating a lot of dates until the last few days. Now I am putting 5 small dates in each smoothie 2 times a day. I usually make about 2 quarts of smoothie 2 times a day. I have been also making a green drink smoothie 3 or 4 times a week on top of that. In those I put salad greens, spinach, celery, kale, bananas, apples, kiwis, etc. I was using almond milk in all my smoothies until just a few days ago. I feel like if I stay away from overt fats for a month or so it will help. One thing I notice on the green smoothies if the frequency of urination goes into turbo. At night I pee in a jar. When I drink a green smoothie, I pee 6-10 times a night but it is almost the same quantity as nights I dont drink the greens and pee only 3 to 4 times. Would there be a special diet plan that would put my healing into more action? Thank you Michael Perry
