Dr. Graham,
I have been doing 811 for over 3 weeks now. I have been suffering
from some serious candida for years. All the testemonials I have read
about people doing 811 have said they were free of the candida within
weeks of starting this diet. The only relief I have been feeling is less
mucous in my throat. That is a major thing. I am still having serious
problems with my eyes getting blurry and watery. I am still peeing too
much, I still cant poop very well. I am still tired all the time. I still get
headaches often, allthough not as severe as before or as long lasting.
I desperately want some more relief. Will I eventually get over this if I
stick with 811? How long could I expect it would take to get more relief
than I am?
