Hello Mike, when we begin the discourse about what humans "naturally" desire, I feel we need to look at children and adults whose mothers were 811rv during pregnancy and were fed 811rv foods throughout their lives. We would look at the general consensus of these people in terms of whether they find greens appealing. I think we need to define greens as freshly picked, organic, tender greens as that is what we'd have access to in nature. Unfortunately a sample group of people who have been eating corrupted foods for most of their lives means their "natural" cravings are probably not indicative of what humans "naturally" crave. People on SAD diets crave hamburgers. That doesn't mean we're designed to enjoy optimum health from eating hamburgers. I have been 811rv for about 2 years and I do crave tender greens. I find freshly picked organic tender greens more appealing than those which have been sitting in store shelves for weeks as the former are much more water rich and sweeter. I find when I have eaten a large quantity of fruit, I have an abundance of the sweet, fruity taste and I find tender greens balance this with sodium and minerals. I experienced an exclusively fruitarian diet a number of years ago and my teeth were very weak, my nails broke off and my hair fell out. I was nervous and irritable. So I also know how my health suffers when I don't eat greens. All the best, Bronwyn
