Hello Dr. Graham, I'm 5 weeks 4 days pregnant. Today I had my first experience of morning sickness. I felt nauseas after drinking my morning orange juice, made from 2 oranges. I vomited this juice and felt better afterwards. I was wondering whether it's better to wait until noon to starting eating while pregnant, or whether some grated ginger in water would help. I understand every woman is different and morning sickness can be largely related to hormones, but I was wondering if there were any anecdotal examples of methods that worked with your pregnant clients.
