years and feel confident about it. I need to remember to not beat
myself up if it doesn't go as planned at first and even though I
think you're right and I should jump in and not look back that it's
still a process!

I think my primary barriers will be the cost (vs. boxed
macncheese), the fact that I live in a small mid-western town
(produce availability), and the fact that I don't believe (at this
time) that my husband and kids will be as supportive as I need
them to be. Thank the good Lord for sites like these and people
like yourself.
