Whole fresh ripe raw organic plants are always best, but not always an option for everyone.
For me, cooked food is simply not an option I will choose when other food options are available.
You are aware, I must ask, that organic foods are also treated with various "cides," just different ones, considered acceptable within organic standards?

Only you can take the specifics of your situation into account. If you have a sensitivity, you must make allowances for it. For me, I'd rather have a conventional mango than a baked potato.
