Thank you for the questions.
No, I have never seen a physician regarding this. Mostly becuase I have bad experience with physicians. Years ago when I would go to see a physician regarding something, they would usually give me an impression that they DO NOT KNOW. I would leave their office and just wait, and after some time the symptoms would disappear. Mysteriously, just like they appeared.
I do not have this problem all the time. I usually feel the pain in the right middle section of the abdomen after I wake up. Especially when I press it. It feel like there is a lot of gas there. However, then I go to run or exercise, after which I give myself a little massage of the abdomen and the pain is gone until next morning.
I guess I learnt to live with it.
Green stool - hm... for years I guess. But it is not always green - it depends what I eat.
Sure. First meal: 2 glasses of smoothie: 2 apples and a bunch of greens
Second meal: 6 - 7 bananas OR 8 - 10 oranges
or around 500 g of dates
Third meal: blended oranges - 1 - 2 glasses
+
zucchini noodles with a sause of zucchini and 2 spoons of hemp seeds + tomatoes if in season + 2 butterleaf lettuce
*I came to conclusion (maybe wrong) that butterleaf lettuce gives me gas.
Usually only a couple of hours. I can litterally feel sometimes when it is stuck in the right corner of the abdomen and there it hurts. Once when it is out, my stomack is perfect again.
