Subject:         Tortoise vs. Hare

I'm ready to change my lifestyle and I'm wondering if I should bolt! and drop the SAD lifestyle cold turkey, or take my sweet time and ease into it. What do you recommend?

If it matters...which I kinda' think it of right now I'm very sedentary, weigh 250, am 5'2', and am a mother, wife, and an office manager for a library. I don't have ambitions of becoming an athlete. Don't get me wrong, I look forward to running and exercising and playing with my kids...but don't want to "train" and "recover" and become a guru. Can this still work for me?
