This for me, is definitely the most difficult aspect. And I haven't mastered it yet. Some things I've done are reminding myself that I can always have anything I want. It's always there waiting for me, should I choose to eat it. The desire gets less and less as I begin to feel so good on this lifestyle. And when I fall, it's a harder fall because I'm so cleaned out. It truly gets harder to eat junk every time. Also, getting to the root of the emotional eating is helpful. There is a lot of useful tools for this. I love EFT. I love the book Women Food & God. I love Byron Katie's books. Understanding WHY we eat (other than when hungry) is important. It's a struggle but it's totally worth it! That's my two cents :). Good luck!
