Subject:         Overcoming emotional attachment to cooked food?

I just finished reading 80/10/10, and it really inspired me. I
would love to go 811rv, but after considering it for a few
days I realize that my emotional attachment to cooked food is
holding me back. How do I address this? How do I overcome it?

I feel like I NEED cooked foods, not day-to-day, mostly for
special occasions like Thanksgiving or traditional Christmas
Eve dinner. I can't imagine never having Birthday cake again
or freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. I can't imagine
giving up my favorite Chinese pastries from Koko Bakery.

Please help.
