Hi Dr Graham,
I just wanted to say thank you for your advice before ( I wrote to you about being underweight and trying to improve my strength)
It's only been a short while since then but I have come very far. My muscles are starting to grow especially around my midsection and chest/shoulders. I feel less pain when I sleep now because of the added tissue. I still get knee pain but the growth in my quads should hopefully give them more cushion in the future.
I think making sure I get at least 2700 calories a day and enough greens has really improved the results. My body fat is slowly but surely falling and I can also now do a good few press ups before dying ;)
Patience is everything on this lifestyle. Thanks for everything!
