Hi Dr Graham, I posted the other day regarding my bad acne. Thank you so much for your reply. I completely understand what you
are saying about the time it will take to heal/clear after 7 years. You asked me to list a sample of my current diet so here is a typical day: Breakfast: Smoothie - 3 bananas, 80g cherries, 80g blueberries Snack: 30 Grapes and 2 medjool dates Lunch: 1 Mango, 2 apples, 2 medjool dates Snack: 2 bananas, 2 medjool dates Dinner: Salad of Celery, cucumber, tomatoes, courgette, carrot,
spinach (possibly rocket/arugala). Some days I have some almonds or pine nuts with my salad. Does this help? Should I be eating differently? I have thought about
doing a mono-diet for a couple of days but not sure which fruit is best
to chose - apples? bananas? grapes? Do think any fruits are better to mono diet than others?
