Sleep - I could always get more but I am sleeping
around 7 hours during the week, more during the
weekend which is normal for me.
Stress - I couldn't say there is something special.
Normal daily work related stupidities but nothing that
stressful.
The only different thing is weather - no sun for few
days now, raining almost all the time which is kind of
depressing.
