Thank you for the encouragement. No, I have not
been to a doctor about the urination frequency. I
have never had to much confidence in western medicine
and feel like I would just be wasting time and money
to go. I would rather try to tackle it this way if
you think that is safe. I have been dealing with this
for years so I am not too worried about giving 811 a
few months to see what happens before the doctor
visit. I am already noticing less mucous and my
sinuses are not clear, but more clear. 11 days so
far. I am also having more clarity at times.
