Subject:	get rid of smoking?

Dear Dr Graham,
1st - thank you for being inspiration for me the last 1 year.
I have lost a lot of pounds and I have healed a lot of
illnesses being 811rv.
I didn't manage to get rid of only one bad habit - smoking. I
decreased it a lot since becoming rv but still cannot
completely get rid of it.
Any specific advice to help me stop smoking for good?
I know it is bad and awful for the body. The funny thing is
that I feel disgusted looking people eating meat, diary and
oily stuffs after I read your book but i cannot accomplish the
same with smoking.
