I don't know which events you were at, but I attend A LOT of Foodnsport events, and have never had or heard any of the experiences you mention while at FnS events. I think when you compare "811-style" events with FnS events, you can easily see the differences. When you finally come to an FnS event, you will see for yourself that they are worlds different of the others.
Don't be disappointed by those who try to make a living by capitalizing on my work. I see them as paying me a compliment.
