I eat at least 2 pounds of greens everyday. Mostly it's around 3 pounds. My favourites are cucumbers and tomatoes. But I also eat celery, carrots and sometimes iceberg. It's wonderfully satiating to take down four or five cucumbers in one meal. Have you tried this? The feeling is tickling, magical. It's like my whole body feels better after such a mono-meal and the effect lasts for several hours, pretty much the whole day. It's like my body says "This was just what I needed". I sleep better, feel extraordinary. So I recommend lots and lots of veggies, everyday! Let's see if I can get some taste for zucchinis also. :-)
