Dear Dr. Graham,
Would it be ok to ask you a question about my daughter?

She is 21years old and has a severe case of CFS/ME. She has been seen
by every specialist under the sun who have only made her worse. She has
been ill for 5 years. She cannot get out of bed, needs help getting to the
bathroom and has to live in a darkened room 24/7. It is heartbreaking
watching her fade away. We feel so helpless.

I've been reading your answers on this board and see you often suggest a
supervised fast for CFS.

My question is do you think we could start her on 80 10 10? Is it safe to do
so with such a severe case? She has complained recently of her heat
racing after I have given fruit but she has also been eating a high protein
diet as prescribed by the doctor.
