Exercise as normal, at least for the first six months, but know that your balance will be a bit off during the final 4 months or so. Abdominal strength, pelvic floor strength and endurance, and overall endurance exercises may all prove specifically valuable to you, depending upon exactly how the birth process goes for you. Better to be overly prepared than caught unprepared.
