Kayla, I'm not Dr. Graham but thought I'd reply w/ a few of my thoughts. :) First, I think it's really wonderful that you have the insight & desire to do this deal. It shows that you have common sense & motivation. As far as getting too skinny, many folks complain that this is what happens to them on fruit. I believe it just shows us how much muscle we really have, under all the fat, water, & toxic waste our bodies have accumulated. Actually it's possible to eat too much fruit (especially fatty ones, but also can be done w/ too much low fat fruit)& still have fat showing. To me a lean person w/ even a small amount of muscle definition looks more attractive than an overly muscle bound person built on a high protein, meat eating, cooked food diet. As for bones showing...I find that all my joints are much more defined, & other bones are more easily seen & felt when my body's excess water weight is eliminated.
