I can't really give you an accurate number to aim for, other than to recommend that you eat enough to hold your weight, unless you wish to lose a few pounds. Let your appetite, the way your clothing fits, and the scales tell you all you need to know about calories. If you are gaining and don't want to, eat more veggies, and slightly less fruit.
