I was informed by someone that suggested to do enemas while juice feasting. She said that it flushes out excess toxins. She has been following the recommendation on the juice feasting site. I know juice feasting and fasting are very different. I guess I m wondering why people suggest it. You said it was energy draining. How is it draining?
I am considering a either juice feasting or a short three day fast and I see contradicting info out there on the web from various educators and Dr's. I trust your opinion on the matter. I know you have a lot of experience in this area. I like to know what is happening in the body on a scientific level to better understand why and how it is draining on the body.
