Subject:         getting too thin on 811 - Dr G - any advice?

Dr. Graham. I started this path to 811 just about a year ago. I had sent you a few questions along the way, and I appreciated your responses. I am happy to say that starting Jan 2013, I have been really 98% raw veg and fruit. Up until that time, I was still eating cooked rice and salt. But that craving finally and naturally ended in the mid Jan. Aside from consuming some small amount of beans, etc when going out with friends, I am now completely raw and feel good (well other than the issues below).
I am a 54 year old female, 15 year vegetarian before 811, and 5-1 or 2 tall. I started 811 not because I wanted to lose weight because I always maintained 105-108lb my entire life, and I was happy with it. When I lost weight down to 103lb for whatever reason then (before 811), I did not like how I looked. My cheeks sunk and rib bones started showing. I started 811 because I was not feeling well in general.
Just around the mid Jan this year (when I got off rice and salt), I began to quickly lose 8 to 9 lbs. Now I am about 97lbs. I did the Cron-o-meter and it showed that I am consuming about 22-2400 calories daily now. I work out every day (30 minutes running/walking and another 30 minutes for Yoga or Swimming). I am showing more defined muscle tones on my upper body and arms AS WELL AS lots of bones. I just feel my body is too thin. I am not going to name, but there is an 811 female on YouTube who is really thin and showing most of her body while she demonstrates her 811 recipes. I am happy for her that she lost weight, but for me I really don’t want to be that thin and I look like her now…..except I have more muscle tone. I want to go back to 104 lb. I don’t know why I don’t gain weight now even I consume that much calories….. Before 811, it was easier for me to gain back weight…
Also last 2 weeks, I started having wide spread many and small rash (very small rash– not red) around my torso and ribs, occasionally itchy, and it got worse when I ate until I was really full. I also recognized that I was eating too much fat – maybe 30-40% of calories – from avocado and nuts. I wonder if weight loss (inability to gain weight) and this skin rash trace back to the high fat intake maybe causing indigestion/mal absorption. I am now on no overt fat diet (no avocado nor nuts), and feel the skin got a little better, but not completely. I have regular daily eliminations and rarely experience stomach pains, etc. The only thing is that I don’t seem to be able to sleep more than 6 hours. I quickly fall asleep around 11PM or 12AM always wake up around 5 or 6AM. I had a physical check up a few months ago, I had no issue then. Would you please give me some advice about this weight situation and skin condition? Sorry for this long message…..
Over all, I feel good though. I feel fit (although I have a knee issue), and happy… Thank you.
