I recommend that you eat according to your hunger, rather than according to the calories. Preferable is to do the math and have it make sense, rather than do the math and then eat accordingly. If you find you aren't losing at your desired rate, you can always choose juicier fruits over the sweeter drier fruits, or choose to increase the quantity of eaten within your day. The 450 guess is likely about accurate, as is the 1150, but you also have to add in a bit for activity at work. An extra 100-200 calories is probably sufficient. Standing is more work than sitting, after all, but not all that much.
